Why is a Record Type or Workflow missing from the storefront?

In order to be accessible from the storefront:

  • Record Types:  They must be published and Who Can Submit should be set to either Employees Only or Public. 

  • Workflows:  Their Who Can Submit drop down menu must be set to either Employees Only (Private) or Public

Also, their respective Category:

  • Must be set to Published 

  • The "Who Can View" drop down menu must be set to either Employees Only or Public.

Please note: When the submissions are set to Employees Only, then only employee users will see them on the website.
