Approve or reject a booking
Approve or reject a booking

If booking approval is activated in the fleet settings, a user who has permissions to manage bookings must approve the booking.

This only applies to bookings requested by users of booking.vimcar.com or the Vimcar driver apps.

If bookings are awaiting approval, a red dot appears to the right of the Bookings menu item.

  1. Click the menu item Bookings, then click the menu item Overview.

  2. On the right of the page, click the appropriate icon to approve or reject the booking.

    An email notification is sent to the person who requested the booking.
