Grant user access to a vehicle

This article explains how to give a user permission to use a vehicle.

Your drivers need access to a vehicle in the following cases.

Fleet Geo: The driver should be able to deactivate or activate tracking in the driver app.

Fleet Admin: Drivers should only be able to book vehicles to which they have access (see Settings for bookings).

You can grant a user access to a vehicle in the following ways.

Note: You can only assign one user to a company car.

Option 1

  1. In the menu, click Users and then click on the user in the user overview.

  2. Click the Vehicles tab.

  3. Click Edit at the top right.

  4. Check the check box for the vehicle in the Driver features column.

  5. Click Save at the top right.

Option 2

  1. In the menu, click Vehicles and then click on the vehicle in the vehicle overview.

  2. Click the Access tab.

  3. Click Edit at the top right.

  4. Check the check box for the user in the Driver features column.

  5. Click Save at the top right.
