You can add your users and vehicles to groups and filter by those in different parts of the application

General information about groups

Create groups for different logical entities such as teams, locations or functional areas.

You can then filter by these groups. This way you can

  • clearly see vehicles or users of the selected group on your map.

  • quickly check whether the drivers of a group also have access to the corresponding vehicles.

  • grant or deny the drivers of a group access to the vehicles via the

    grant or revoke access to more quickly.

You can also assign a vehicle or a user to several groups.

Create a group

  1. In the menu, click Groups.

  2. Click the + button at the top right of the Groups overview.

  3. Enter a name and a description, then click Create new group.
