After archiving, the vehicle is displayed in the vehicle overview under Archived vehicles.
The vehicle's data is retained and you can still view and edit the vehicle. However, you can no longer release the vehicle for booking and you can no longer activate the geo functions. If a Vimcar device (dongle or box) has been assigned to the vehicle, the device does not collect data for the archived vehicle and the hardware ID can be used for another vehicle.
Before you archive a vehicle, you have to deactivate the associated logbook.
In the menu, click Vehicles.
Click on the vehicle in the list.
At the bottom of the Main information section, click Archive vehicle.
