VineHelper® 2.0 - Setup & Access

With the release of VineHelper® 2.0, your firm now has access to a powerful AI-powered chatbot build and modeled on your firm's own internal training, processes, and procedures documentation and training and resource materials (collectively referred to as Standards of Practice, or SOPs).

Getting setup on VineHelper® takes only minutes. Let's get started.

Create a Firm Account

At this time, firm accounts must be provisioned by our products team. Please simply send us an email below and include your firm name and admin contact.

You can also use the button below to complete an interest form that may result in faster response times.

The VineHelper® Chrome Extension

The VineHelper® chatbot that your staff ("users") interact with is a Google Chrome extension. The extension, once installed, lives permanently in the browser and is accessible with a single click to open the tool.

For Staff ("Users")

If you've been invited by the admin of your firm to use VineHelper, follow the steps below to access the extension.

First, follow the email prompt to create your account. Someone from your firm created an account for you using your firm email address. Follow the link in the invite email to set a password and create your user account.

When setting a user password, please remember it for the next step - the extension does not save passwords automatically.

Next, install the extension. It is available via the button below, and also by simply searching "VineHelper" or "Filevine" in the Chrome Store.

Now, simply log into the extension using the account credentials you created in step one. That's it! You're now ready to use VineHelper. You can move on to the next article in this collection, How to use VineHelper.

For Administrators ("Admins")

As the Admin, you'll have access to an admin dashboard that will give you advanced tooling to manage your VineHelper instance and tooling. This account must be created by our products team.

If you do not yet have an administrative dashboard, please send us an email at products@vinetegrate.com. We can deploy an account for you right away.

Your admin dashboard will be hosted at [name].vinehelper.ai. Once you receive that link, please save it. You will create administrative credentials to log in.

Billing

Billing is the first step once you log into admin. The system will prompt you to choose how many seats (users) you want to add. You can add or remove users at any time and your billing cycle will reflect automatically on monthly renewals.

Billing is monthly or annual - choose annual for a 15% discount!

Pricing is dynamic - the more seats you add, the faster the price will drop per seat. Choose the numbers of seats you want, and proceed to set up your billing account.

Please note that you may cancel anytime. Your payment details, invoices, and payments are processed and store by Stripe.

Visit the Vinetegrate-Stripe Customer Portal here at any time to see invoices, payments, and payment plan details.

Once your billing is set up, you are ready to built and deploy VineHelper! Let's move on to the next article for administering the tool.
