Multi-User support is available for your whole team to assist with configuration.

You can add up to five (5) internal users to your VineConnect Admin Portal.

Adding the user with their email starts the invite flow. The user will be able to configure their own password on email confirmation and log in right away:

There are two basic permissions to choose from when adding a new user: Tenant Viewer and Tenant Manager. You add a new User by selecting the Add New button and inserting their Email Address:

You can initiate a "Read Only" function for users when you initially add them to the platform to make them a Tenant Viewer upon invite:

Tenant Viewers will be able to interact with the VineConnect Dashboard, while Tenant Managers will be able to control all features of VineConnect.

Our Dashboard logs the following for Tenant Viewers to see:

  • Client access (successful and failed logins).

  • Client feedback log with date range filters and export features.

  • Text Reply log with date range filters.

If you do not checkmark this initially they will be automatically given Tenant Manager permission to the Admin platform. You can adjust this even after adding someone to the platform by using the dropdown:

If you would like to remove a User for any reason, you can easily do so with the trashcan symbol which will confirm deletion.

NOTE: In the future we are looking to add Users for providers, practitioners, experts, consultants, etc... this will allow them to view the Client Portal but not have access to the admin permissions.
