Ideas to Promote Your New Portal
Do you have an email marketing solution? Craft an email and blast it out to your clients. Don't have a solution yet? You can easily pull a Filevine Report of all clients and load that list into a email marketing solution like MailChimp or Campaign Monitor, then send your email blasts. Be sure to include your link to your new Client Portal so people can access it right away!
Make a video promoting your new Client Portal to be posted to your website, social media, or distributed to your clients in an email.
Use a mass text-messaging tool like TextIt. Pull a Filevine Report of all clients, include their phone number as a column, and load that list to TextIt. Draft the text message to include the link to log in to your Client Portal and launch it!
