Let's understand what the purpose and benefit of this Dashboard is!

This section is where you land when you first log into VineConnect and will fill with important information and data as you Launch the portal for your Clients.

Daily / Weekly Clients

Here you will see how many daily logins and weekly logins occur within the VineConnect Client Portal. This will give you an idea of how your Clients are utilizing the portal.

Weekly Lookup

This graph illustrates the influx of Clients logging in on particular days of the week to give you an idea of usage in the Client Portal.

Client Portal Usage Log

This space will log different actions on VineConnect such as:

  • Name Entry of the Client that is using the Portal.

  • Matched Client name in Filevine.

  • Phone Number used for 2FA login which matches their Personal Mobile within the Filevine Contact Card.

  • Matched Project ID that is present in Filevine.

  • Success of login, which will be indicated by a checkmark for successful login, or an X to indicate unsuccessful login.

  • Timestamp of the Clients login attempt.

When a Client is unsuccessful in their Login attempt there is the ability to select the 'x' to see what the error code was:

When selected a small window will pop up providing you Response Details:

Client Portal Failed Log Submitted Information

As we've continued to improve on Client experience with our portal we wanted to provide a space your Clients can submit information to you when a failed login attempt occurs. This means they are unable to log in with their name, phone and email as well which allows them to submit to your team their information as it should be present in Filevine:

Here you will see listed:

  • Name Entry for your Client

  • Phone number they attempted login with

  • Email they a attempting login with

  • Client IP address

  • Timestamp of submitted information

  • Is Handled

  • Action you can take

When you have information submitted by your Client you can utilize the Action area of this information to assist with potentially updating your Client Contact Card in Filevine:

When you select this Action, a new window will populate with potential options to match the appropriate Client to the person attempting to log into VineConnect:

You can also delete a failed login submission if it was duplicated or incorrect:

Client Feedback Log

This log will track the Feedback that is provided from your Clients on our VineConnect portal. This Feedback is initiated in your configuration of the Legal Team and is internal only.

Here you will find the following information and functions:

  • Name of the Client who submitted this Feedback.

  • Project Name in Filevine associated with this Client.

  • Project ID from Filevine.

  • Team Member that the Feedback was submitted for.

  • Project Phase currently active in Filevine.

  • Timestamp when the Feedback was submitted.

  • Feedback Text which you can select and review.

  • Date Range which can be filtered down and specified on the top right.

  • Export option for pulling reports to present to Legal Team.

All Messages Log

This area will track the messages that are sent out from the Phase Change SMS, Review Requests and Mass Text Messages, 2FA Verification, AW SMS, and AW Email, as well as the text responses from Clients (which may come in handy if the Client were to mention something that's important to follow-up on).

On this table you will find:

  • Client Name who is receiving these messages.

  • Client Number which received the SMS.

  • Text message body, and response texts.

  • Type indicates if the SMS went Out from our VineConnect portal, or came In from the Client.

  • Status indicates read-receipt status. SMS Statuses are "Queued", "Sending", "Sent", "Delivered", or "Undelivered". Email Statuses are "Processing", "Delivered", and "Undelivered".

  • Type of Line to indicate which VineConnect tool it came from.

  • Created At timestamp for the date and time of the message.

  • Date Range which can be filtered down and specified on the top right.

  • Export options for pulling data from this area on SMS communication.

  • Type of Line Filter to filter down those different tools.

Notification Log

This area will show you those notifications you've set up on the Admin Settings as well as Automated Workflow and provide you with a log of those events as they have happened so far.

Here you will find the following:

  • Event Name - the notification type that was executed.

  • Project ID that was affected.

  • Project Name

  • Client ID

  • Client Name

  • Notification Body if you have a specific notification body set up in automated workflow.

  • Created At - timestamp and date.

  • Email Notification At if you have these set up in Admin Settings it will timestamp and date when it was executed.

  • Post to FV At if you have it set up in Admin Settings it will timestamp and date when it was executed.

  • Notification Event dropdown filter to narrow down the different notification events

  • Date Range to filter a timeframe.

  • Export

  • Search - keyword in any area of the log.
