VineConnect's Client Portal Banner Message allows you to further automate communications with your clients within the Portal itself. Features include pre-set designs to match context of the message, automatic enable/disable using date frames, and a fully customizable rich-text editor to stylize and contextualize your message!
The Front-End Banner Message
The Banner Message is embedded at the top of the Client Portal. The Message module will display to all users upon login when active. Some use cases for the Banner Message might include:
Notifications of office closings/hours.
"Feel good" messages for holidays or celebrations.
Promote a link to your most recent newsletter or marketing piece.
Promote an upcoming event or cause.
"Brag" about a recent successful case result or accolade.
Ask your clients to participate in a survey or direct them to an important external destination.
Configuring your Banner Messages is super easy! Simply head over to the Banner Messages section within VineConnect Admin and begin creating your message. Start by choosing a Color Style and Start/End Dates:
Our text editor allows you to stylize the Banner Message with fonts stylings, sizes, colors, outbound links, and even embeddable media. Click Add to save the Message to your Banner Message List.
You Banner Message List shows the style, a truncated preview of the message, the "ON/OFF" toggle, designated date ranges the Banner will appear, and the ability to Edit or Delete the Banner Message.
Set a date range and toggle the Banner Message to Active (ON) and it will automatically appear for that specified date range. Toggle to OFF anytime to temporarily hide the Banner Message during the date range. Deleting a Banner Message clears it from your list entirely.
Banner Stacking
With Banner Stacking, you can schedule, sort, and stack banners in a consistent manner, allowing you to show more than one banner at a time. Once a banner is dismissed, it is dismissed on that device for that user.
When a Banner Message hits the end date, the message goes inactive in your admin dashboard and is no longer visible until you re-activate or update the start and end dates.
With Banner Stacking, you can now control all the important messages you want to send to your clients! To preview any banner, remember to Log Into your Client Portal on a text case if your live, or on any case if you are still in Setup Mode on Launchpad.
