This article is a how to guide to installing our FREE AI-Powered Filevine Support chatbot extension for the Google Chrome browser, VineHelper™!

VineHelper is a Google Chrome browser extension that acts as a natural language chatbot for Filevine product support. Backed by OpenAI's ChapGPT v3.5, the chatbot was trained on data collected openly on the web for Filevine and Filevine-related products including Lead Docket and Vinesign, as well as Vinetegrate's proprietary data including our website and support center articles in the month of May 2023.

VineHelper will be released openly on the web and available via the Google Chrome store on June 13th, 2023.

Ask VineHelper anything related to Filevine, Lead Docket, or Vinesign, either as a user or as an administrator. Also, you can ask the tool anything related to Vinetegrate's products or services, too!

Once prompted, the chatbot will return a response in natural language. The support bot is designed to not attempt to make things up. Instead, if it doesn't know an answer, it will let you know and allow you an opportunity to email the Vinetegrate team your query:
