Media Locker is a space on the admin side of the VineConnect portal that allows you to upload media to utilize in your communication. This will change SMS to MMS and create possible embedded media in an email or attachments.
Creating a new Media Object
When you want to add media, you'll select the 'add new' button at the top left of the page:
This will then ask you for a 'shortcode' which will be part of the code you will reference when adding to your SMS or Email, we recommend naming it something that is easily recognizable and then save:
Once saved you'll see it available in you list of Media Objects, this view includes:
ID for Media Code: this is used for logs on the Dashboard
Code: this includes the shortcode you created and copy button for quick copy
URL: live link you can click to check the image/media
Created At: date you created the media object
Action: Edit the media object shortcode or completely remove it
When you want to use the media object itself, you'll use the copy button next to the code to then utilize in your SMS to make them instead an MMS, or in your Emails to insert images or files.
