Finding your past recordings
All your completed meetings are stored in the Recordings section of Vinyl.
Open Vinyl and click the Recordings (camera) icon in the left navigation.
Find the meeting you want and click its title to open it.
The video player appears at the top right of the meeting page. Click play to watch.
If you can see the transcript but can't find the video
If a transcript is showing but no video player is visible, the video may be accessible via the Transcript tab.
Open the recording and click the Transcript tab.
Click Show video to open the video player inline.
You can drag the corners of the video to resize it.
This is the expected behaviour for some meeting types — the video is available, just accessed through the transcript view rather than the top of the page.
Downloading a recording
To save a copy of the video to your device:
In the Transcript tab, click Show video.
Click the three dots (⋯) next to the video player.
Select Download recording.
On mobile
Open the Vinyl app and tap Previous at the top of your dashboard to see your past meetings and play them back.
Recording not showing at all?
If a meeting is missing entirely from your recordings list, it may still be uploading or processing. See My recording failed or didn't process for next steps.
