When you want to check the successful referrals of a participant, you can find them in the "Participants" section, which is the last one in your campaign's dashboard.   

Find the participant you want to check and click on the 👨🏻‍💼 icon (circled in red in the image below) in order to see their referrals' details.

Once you do so, a similar window will open that allows you to manage these referrals as you see fit (Delete, Add or Export).
