If you already have the user's details (eg. first name, last name, email) you can pre-populate the Form Widget for them so they don't have to fill-in their details again.

To do that, add this snippet of Javascript after your Viral Loops campaign snippet, in the page where the Form Widget is placed.

That way, when your users get to that page, the Form Widget will be pre-populated for them and it will be faster for them to join the campaign.

Extra: Capturing the details from the URL

In the case where you have the details available through URL parameters,
eg. from clicking a link in one of your transactional emails, like:
https://mysite.com?firstname=my_name&lastname=my_last&email=my@email.com

you can use this script to pre-populate the data in the Form Widget.
