So, you've set the expiration date for your giveaway or pre-launch campaign and after getting a ton of new email addresses, the time has come and the campaign expired. What about the winners now?

First of all, nothing happens automatically, so you don't have to worry that, for example, a person who won by adding fake email addresses will get the reward instantly. We also have our super fraud detection system, after all.

The Tempting Giveaway

In case of using our template inspired by Mailchimp, you know that the winners will be picked up randomly based on their entries.

That said, on your campaign's Dashboard, you will find a "Manage winners" button after the expiration date. 

By clicking this, you'll get X number of random participants, and then you should manually contact them, in order to inform them about this, and, finally, proceed with the rewards sending.

The Leaderboard Giveaway

Here's our giveaway template inspired by Jet. The winners here will be the people with most successful referrals and they climb up the leaderboard based on that.

On the corresponding Dashboard, on the Participants section, the participants are already sorted by successful referrals. So, you could easily pick them and manually inform them about winning and then proceed with the rewards sending.

The Startup Pre-launch

With the template inspired by Robinhood's pre-launch, the winners-early adopters will be the people with most successful referrals and they climb up the waitlist based on that.

As mentioned on the Leaderboard Giveaway, on the corresponding Dashboard, on the Participants section, the participants are already sorted by successful referrals. So, you could easily pick them and manually inform them about winning and then proceed with the rewards sending.
