Sometimes, you have customized your widget in your e-Commerce or Online to Offline campaign, but the widget you get to see in your website, doesn't have the context you have set it to have. 

This probably happens because you've missed one little step in the process!

When editing your widget, you should bear in mind all the tabs and sub-tabs and customize all of them.

On the e-Commerce template you should customize on the "Info tab" all the sub-tabs (Logged-in, Guest (logged-out), Referred guest(logged-out)):


The same goes for the Online to Offline template as well, but here, apart from the "Info tab" and its sub-tabs, you should also customize the "Invite tab" with its sub-tabs as well:
