Your campaign participants have the right to request the data they have submitted to your campaign (data portability) and also request their data to be deleted (right to be forgotten).

To enable them to exercise their rights, each campaign comes with two unique pages that you can link participants to. You can find the links to these pages in the Installation step of your Campaign Wizard.

In these pages the participant has to fill-in their email address and, if they are found in the campaign, a request will be created that will be processed by our Customer Success Team.
