For E-commerce use [VL Basic flow (choose your reward)]

This flow is exactly the same as the Basic one of the core flow - the only difference lies on the first text message for new participants, that prompts them to choose the reward they would like to win.

That flow is ideal for E-commerce or Shopify stores that wish to promote their products while increasing their Manychat audience at the same time!

It also allows you to apply tags in Manychat according to the participants' choice of rewards. The ultimate purpose is to re-target them with Facebook Ads after the Giveaway ends.

Email field flow [VL e-mail field Flow]

This flow allows you to gather your participants' emails before or after they opt in for the giveaway. Also, you can attach it to a re-engage flow.

It begins with a text message about GDPR compliance and if participants accept that statement, they can type in their e-mail address, which is then added to a user-custom field.

If the participants choose not to submit their email, the flow stops.

All gathered emails are stored in the Viral Loops campaign Dashboard, however it would be better if you integrated Manychat to your CRM.

This is important because if at some point you choose to uninstall the template from Manychat, those user custom fields will be lost. So, even if you uninstall the campaign, the emails remain to your external application.

Closing Flow/runner up flow [VL Closing flow]

This flow can be triggered after the Giveaway's end - after the grand prize winner has been picked. It is a message that you can broadcast to all the participants (that have interacted in a way with the bot or one of the two re-engage flows). 

At the beginning of this flow we have added a condition in order to keep the 24+1 hour window open.  All you need to do is change the FIRST NAME, LAST NAME of the grand prize's winner, the PROMOCODE field, and add your website's/e-shop's URL.

What we’re trying to achieve with this flow is to redirect giveaway participants to your website/e-shop in order to increase brand awareness and, consequently, sales

That being said, it's an important flow because it can drive tangible results for your brand and overall business. 

Important: When you decide to end the Messenger campaign, don't forget to uninstall the template from your Manychat account in order to avoid participants getting messages after the campaign has ended.
