Who can participate?
All Viral Loops users are automatically eligible for the referral program once they sign up. Once you create an account, we will generate a unique referral link that you can use to invite others.
At the moment, it is not possible to get a referral link if you are not a Viral Loops user. If you're an agency interested in becoming an affiliate partner, please reach out to us.
Where can I find my referral link?
The referral link can be easily found on the top-right part of the Viral Loops dashboard—copy it and send it to whoever you want.

What are the rewards of inviting others to use Viral Loops?
Our referral program offers 3 reward milestones depending on how many successful referrals you make—the more you invite, the better the reward:
Milestone 1: Refer 1 user and get a 50% discount for 1 month.
Milestone 2: Refer 3 users and get a 50% discount for 4 months.
Milestone 3: Refer 6 users and get an 80% discount for 12 months.
What counts as a successful referral?
A successful referral is counted once someone creates an account through your referral link and upgrades their account to become a paying Viral Loops customer.
It is not necessary for the signup and upgrade to happen on the same day—Viral Loops will automatically remember if you invited that friend when they upgrade at any time.
Once your invitees upgrade, it may take some minutes until your referral count is updated.
When is the discount applicable?
For monthly plans: Once you reach a milestone, the corresponding discount will apply from the next month. Ex. If you reach the 1st milestone on the 25th of January, your February bill will be reduced by 50%
For 6-month and Yearly plans: Once you reach a milestone, the corresponding discount will be accrued and deducted from your next billing cycle. Ex. If you have a 6-month plan and you reach the 2nd milestone, your next bill will include 4 months with a 50% discount and 2 months with no discount.
What happens if I reach another milestone before the previous one ends?
If you reach multiple milestones, we will replace the previous reward milestone with your last one.
Ex. If you reached milestone 1 last week and this week you successfully referred 5 more users (you reached milestone 3), you will get 80% off for the next 12 months.
Where can I check my progress?
You can check your progress by visiting your referral dashboard. To go there, click "My progress & rewards" in the element on the top-right of your dashboard.
