First of all we would like to welcome and thank you for creating a Viral Loops account!
This is the first step on your path to create a successful marketing campaign!
Now, let's cut to the chase...
Once you create an account with Viral Loops then you become the owner of the specific account and the only person who can access it (if you wish to allow more people to have access to your account, then you would have to share your credentials with them).
In order to manage your account (after login in of course) you have to expand the drop down menu on the top right corner of your screen.
The 1st available option is "Billing". If you're on our trial version, you can view the remaining participants and your options for upgrading your subscription (for trial accounts as well as active plans).

In this option you can also edit your billing info if you select the Billing Info tab.

Note: The Upgrade option can be used also for downgrading to another plan, depending on the template you use and your participants total.

The 3rd option "Settings" is one of the most important. Here you can see and edit your account and company info.
In "Company info" you can only edit the name but in "Account info" you can edit more fields.
Simply select the field you want to change, then do the edit and save.
Always use an active (and correctly typed) email address for your account, otherwise in case you forget your password, you won't be able to reset/change it.
In this section you can also see, select and set-up the outbound email address, for your Viral Loops campaigns
as well as the GDPR settings, in case you wish to enable this option.
The 4th option is "Invite", where you can introduce and refer your friends to our awesome ambassador program and get amazing rewards!
And the final option is "Logout" well...you know what that does 😃
