HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION:

You can always cancel your subscription from your Billing Settings.

Go to the top-right corner and click on "Billing":

After that, go to the bottom of the Billing page and click on the underlined link:

Then, you will be redirected to Stripe and you can continue with the cancellation process from there.

A cancellation request will simply cancel your subscription at the end of your billing cycle.

HOW TO PAUSE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION:

However, the "Pause" option is actually a downgrade plan, that allows you to have access to the dashboard of all your campaigns and your participants' data. Nevertheless, none of your campaigns will be functional during that period and you won't be able to start a new one either.

Depending on the plan you are using, the "Pause" option has a different monthly fee. The higher the plan, the higher the monthly fee will be (this option is free for multimonth plans, for up to 4 months).

In detail:

Whenever you are ready to start running a campaign again, simply upgrade from "Pause" to the appropriate plan (available in the Billing section). If you face any issues with this, just let us know and we will re-activate the plan for you.

Note: you must pause/cancel your subscription before it renews for a subsequent billing cycle in order to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle's subscription fee. Also, refunds will not be provided for any subscription (read more here).
