Start by adding the campaign Javascript snippet to your website. You will find it in the Installation step of the Campaign Wizard.

While editing your website on Squarespace, from the left sidebar go to Settings → Website → Advanced → Code Injection. 

In the Footer section paste the Javascript snippet.

Use the embeddable widgets

Back to editing your page, add a Custom HTML block for each of the widgets you want to use.

Copy and paste the following HTML in your page to embed the Form Widget:

​                        <div data-vl-widget="embedForm"></div> 

Copy and paste the following HTML in your page to embed the Reward Widget:

                        <div data-vl-widget="rewardStats"></div>
