Yes! You can do this with the Capping option available in the Ad Unit edit screen.

Capping is a parameter that determines how many times the same advertisement is visible during a session. Our formats have an unlimited default value with the exception of very invasive formats such as Interstitial that have Capping equal to 1.

A minimum Capping value improves the user experience on your site but can also decrease the earning potential. Try to find the most appropriate value for your case.
