The new version of Viraltag has some great features such as multi-platform scheduling to Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Tumblr; the best extension button in the industry; a robust visual discovery platform; and cross-platform analytics.
If you would like to move to the new version, click on the Chat icon on the bottom right hand side of the web app and ask one of our customer support executives to help shift you to the new version.
We'll transfer your payment, and you can switch over to the new version at the same price you are paying right now. All the posts you had scheduled in the old app will be shifted over to the new version and you can continue scheduling from here.
There are a couple of things to keep in mind while working on both versions:
1. Change your password as soon as you log in. You can do this by clicking on "Settings" on the left hand panel of the Viraltag web app. Update your password under the 'Profile' tab.
2. The login URLs for the new version and the old version are different.
If you would like to view and edit your scheduled posts on the old version, use the first link. If you feel you are not on the right platform, try logging in using the other link.
3. If you have installed the Chrome Extension/Bookmarklet for the old version, I would recommend deleting this and installing the Chrome Extension/Bookmarklet for the new version. If you ignore this step, you will be redirected to the scheduling screen to the old version instead of the new version.
