We'd hate for it to get to the point where we have to ask a student/parent to leave Virtual Piano Academy. But, we have high standards of behaviour and if these rules are broken, we will ask students/parents to leave Virtual Piano Academy without a refund. Will I Get a Refund On Payments Already Made If I Am Kicked Out?

Sorry, but you will not receive a refund on any payments you have already made.

Example 1: If you are asked to leave Virtual Piano Academy on March 12, you would have already been billed on February 15 (for February 15 - March 15). You will not receive a refund on this already billed month, even though you still have 3 days to go in this billing cycle.

Example 2: If you are asked to leave Virtual Piano Academy on March 17, you would have just paid for another month on March 15 (for March 15 - April 15). Even though you are only 2 days into this billing cycle, you will forfeit this payment and not receive a refund if you are asked to leave.

If you are asked to leave Virtual Piano Academy, your ongoing monthly payments will be terminated from the next billing cycle.

Example: in example 1 above, your February 15 - March 15 payment will be your last, and you will not be charged from March 15 onwards.

Example: in example 2 above, your March 15 - April 15 payment will be your last payment, and you will not be charged from April 15 onwards.
