Once you've created events for your learners, there are a few ways for them to access events:

Where Learners Access Join Links:

From Google Calendar

Learners can access events directly from Google Calendar. Note: if you're hosting your event on Zoom, the attendance tracking functionality will still work when learners access events via Google Calendar.

From Event Reminders:

If you've added reminders to your events, learners will receive emails (and Slack messages if you've integrated!) reminding them that the event is about to start in however many minutes you specified in the reminder.

Learners can directly access events via these reminder messages!

From Wherever You Decide To Post The Join Link:

If you'd like to share your event join link anywhere else (Convertkit, Mailchimp, etc.), you can easily copy join links from Virtually and paste them wherever you'd like your students to access them:

Fun fact: Leverage our Event Digest feature to send out event join links for all of your upcoming events! Read more here.

What learners see when they click join links:

When learners click the join link for any event created in Virtually, they'll be taken to a proxy page like the one below. This is how Virtually is able to grab attendance data and limit who can enter any given event based on your security settings.
