Thanks for using Virtually! We want to make sure you have the best experience possible on our platform, however, sometimes bugs happen. That’s why we put together this quick troubleshooting guide with a few best practices to fix common problems.

Best Practices:

If you’re having any difficulties accessing your Virtually account, try the following:

  • Try on a Desktop or Laptop. We’re working hard to optimize our mobile site, but at the moment, accessing Virtually from a computer works best.

  • Use Chrome. If you’re having any difficulties on the platform, try switching to Chrome and see if that helps.

  • Clear your cookies. Sometimes information saved in your cookies can cause problems with loading and formatting on certain sites. Clearing your cookies can help. If you’re using Chrome, check out this quick guide on how clear your cookies.

Other important Considerations:

  • Make sure you’ve typed in your email correctly! We use email as the primary identifier for your account, so making sure your email is typed correctly is crucial.
