Now you can invite external guests to your events created in Virtually!
Whereas before members needed to exist in your member roster to receive an invite, now you can invite external members right from Virtually.
This is ideal if you'll be having guest speakers or students attend any of your live sessions.
Here's how it works:
Open the Event Drawer
Scroll down to Guest List and click the Add Additional Guests button
Enter the emails of the guests you'd like to invite. You can enter up to 10 emails. Make sure they're separated by a comma.
These external guests will receive a calendar invite for your event (regardless of whether notifications are turned on or off).
They'll be included in your attendance data under the 'guests' column.
