Virtually's Announcements feature lets you send communications to specific groups of learners and across multiple different channels simultaneously. Read on to learn all about this feature and how it can save you a ton of time.

1. Send communications simultaneously across multiple channels: Email, Circle, and Slack. The Circle and Slack options will only appear if you've integrated your Circle and Slack with Virtually. Head over to Settings to get those set up if you haven't done so already.

2. Choose when you send your announcement. You can choose to send your announcement immediately or schedule it for a future date. Note - it's not currently possible to schedule messages in Circle, so this is a great added bonus of using Virtually!

3. Draft your message with rich text. Use our rich text editor to add headers, bold, bullet points and more to your message.

4. Attach images or files to your announcement.
