Sorry you didn't have a great experience. Our team is here for you 👋 - please submit your refund request here.



If you wish to cancel your payment and marriage, we will provide you a refund based on the status of your application. Depending on where we are at in the progress and how much work was done by our staff. Please refer to the information below:

100% Refund

We’ll provide a full 100% refund if you email us requesting a refund before your ceremony happens.


You can reschedule your ceremony. Simply go into your calendar invitation, scroll to the bottom for the 'Reschedule' option and find a new time. It's that easy!

After you complete your ceremony, we do not provide a refund. It's ‘completed’ if your marriage is successfully performed OR you ‘no-show’ (i.e. you schedule a ceremony, do not notify us in advance to reschedule and do not show up).
