The short answer is, YES! But... there are a couple of extra steps. Basically, you'll need to email hello@virtualmarriage.com your divorce decree before you submit your marriage license.
Utah law dictates that a person divorced within the last 60 days must provide an original divorce decree to the marriage license office in order to be issued a marriage license.
