Vision-e Scan offers three tailored editions to meet the diverse needs of the Salesforce community, ensuring that every business can find the right fit for their unique requirements.
The free and in-app subscription options are designed for individual users and low-volume licensing needs, with each user subscribing on their own device. Support is self-service, available through the Vision-e AI chatbot, online demo videos, and the Vision-e Help Center knowledge base.
The business edition is designed for companies for central billing and live priority support for onboarding, configuration, and ongoing support.
FREE EDITION
The free edition allows users to send business card images to the Salesforce Scanning Queue*. While it doesn't include OCR, users can manually input data fields before processing the card as a Lead or Contact. The free edition also allows users to process business cards directly on their device using the device's built-in OCR language support, saving the information to their phone's contact list.
The free edition offers an in-app subscription upgrade for additional features, including OCR services in the Salesforce Scanning Queue and the ability to save business cards as a Lead or Contact directly on the user's device.
IN-APP SUBSCRIPTION
Users can subscribe in-app to unlock additional features, including OCR services in the Scanning Queue and the ability to save business cards directly to Salesforce as a Lead or Contact. These OCR services for in-app subscriptions are processed on our USA-based servers supporting 20 languages. Users manage their subscriptions directly on their device to subscribe and unsubscribe using their own payment method.
BUSINESS EDITION
The Business Edition is a site license that offers full priority support and supports over 40 languages on our EU-based pass-through servers, with no data storage. This edition includes a license for all users in your Salesforce Org, allowing for unlimited events.
*Access to the Salesforce Scanning Queue requires successful installation of the Vision-e Scan AppExchange package in your Salesforce Org. Additionally, Plus users must have an assigned Scan Permission Set to save directly in Salesforce and view the Scanning Queue.
