Design Tab
The Design tab allows you to control app branding and theme settings. You can:
• Upload a logo to be displayed on the home screen and digital business card.
• Customize the colors of the banner, menus, and modules.
• Edit the text for the Business Card and QR Code modules.
Menu Tab
The Menu tab provides options to hide items in the main and settings menus and includes various settings for the Scan app.
Main Menu Settings
• Hide Upgrade: Removes the upgrade option from the main and settings menus in the Scan app.
• Hide Control Panel: Hides the Control Panel in the Settings menu in the Scan app.
• Hide App Settings: Hides the App Settings menu in the Scan app.
• Hide My VCard: Hides the My VCard option in the main menu.
• Hide Offline Queue: Removes the Offline Queue option in the Scan app.
• Hide Scanning Queue: Hides access to the Scanning Queue in the Scan app.
• Hide My Forms: Removes the My Forms option.
• Hide Support Ticket: Prevents users from generating support tickets in the Scan app.
• Hide Email Support: Disables the option to email Vision-e support in the Scan app.
• Hide Alerts: Removes in-app alerts from the main menu.
Settings Menu Settings
• Hide App Branding: Removes App Branding settings from the Settings menu.
• Hide Destination: Disables the Destination option in the Settings menu.
• Hide Home Page Features: Removes the ability to enable/disable modules in the Scan app.
• Hide Salesforce Enhancements: Disables the Salesforce Enhancements option.
App Settings Menu
• Queue Only: Sends scans to the Salesforce Scanning queue without using on-device OCR.
• Enable State Country Picklists: Enable using state and country picklists in the Scan app.
• Use Salesforce Files: Allows attachments to be saved as files.
• Use Notes & Attachments: Allows attachments to be saved as notes and attachments.
Home Tab
The Home tab manages module settings for the Scan app.
Page 1 Settings
• Hide Scan Button: Disables the Scan module.
• Hide My QR Codes Button: Disables the My QR Codes module.
• Hide Capture Button: Disables the Capture module.
• Hide Events Button: Disables the Events module.
Page 2 Settings
• Hide Manual Entry Button: Disables the Manual Entry module.
• Hide NFC Card Button: Disables the NFC Card module.
• Hide Business Card Button: Disables the Business Card module.
• Hide Badges Button: Disables the Badges module.
Note: Disabling NFC Card, Business Card, and Badges also removes them from Scan and Capture modules.

• Hide Slack Button: Disables the Slack module.
• Hide Documents Button: Disables the Documents module.
• Hide Consent Button: Disables the Consent module.

• Hide Forms Button: Disables the Forms module.
• Hide My Card Button: Disables the My Card module.
Options Tab
The Options tab includes settings for enhancements, Destination and OCR Results screens, and custom page layouts for Leads, Contacts, Tasks, Events, and Cases.
Enhancement Page Settings
• Hide Second Photo: Disables the second photo enhancement.
• Hide Signature: Disables the Signature enhancement.
• Hide Save to Notes: Disables the Notes enhancement.
• Hide LinkedIn Enhancement: Disables LinkedIn integration.
• Hide Forms: Disables the Forms enhancement.
• Hide Log a Call: Disables the Log a Call enhancement.
• Hide Add a Task: Disables the Task enhancement.
• Hide Create a Case: Disables the Case enhancement.
Destination Page Settings
• Hide Save to Phone: Removes the option to save scans to the phone.
• Hide Save to Queue: Disables the option to send scans to the queue.
• Hide Save to Contact: Removes the Save as a Contact option.
• Hide Save to Lead: Disables the Save as a Lead option.
• Hide Save to SF Campaign: Disables Campaign integration.
• Hide Save to Account Engagement (Pardot): Disables the Save as Prospect option and Account Engagement forms.
Consent Settings
Located in the Mobile Scan Builder, the Consent Settings tab includes:
• Consent Purpose Statements: Create or edit purpose statements.
• Consent Button Text: Customize the text for Accept and Decline buttons in the Scan app.
