Understanding the Users Dashboard

Overview

Efficiently manage user interactions with our platform by navigating the Users section. This guide ensures a streamlined experience for effective user administration, allowing you to filter users by roles, add new users effortlessly, and take quick actions on user profiles.

User Roles

Users are categorized into distinct roles for efficient management. Select specific roles from the dropdown menu to filter and view users belonging to a particular category, such as All Super Admins, All Visitors, All Students, and All Parents.

Edit Role

Click "Edit Role" to access the settings of the role selected in the dropdown menu. This feature simplifies the customization of role settings.

Bulk Import

Streamline the process of adding multiple users simultaneously with the "Bulk Import" feature, particularly useful for efficient onboarding.

Bulk Export

Export user information in bulk using the "Bulk Export" option, providing comprehensive data for reporting or archival purposes.

New User

The "New User" button facilitates the addition of a new user based on the selected role. This ensures a quick introduction of users with specific role privileges.

Filtering Users by Roles

  1. Access the User Management page.

  2. Utilize the dropdown menu above the search bar to view users by specific roles.

  3. A list of all available roles for your location will be displayed for easy reference.

Adding New Users

  1. Click the "New" button located in the top right corner of the page.

  2. Fill in the required details, including name, date of birth, and email, in the New User form.

  3. Save the new user to create a profile without the need for additional clicks, ensuring an efficient process.

Users Table and Profile

The Users Table provides a detailed overview of users, including crucial information like name, contact details, user status (e.g., Checked In), and date of birth.

Each user entry includes a profile picture, name, associated roles, contact information, and essential details, offering a comprehensive view of user details.

Managing User Profiles

  1. Access the three dots associated with each user to reveal a range of options.

  2. Check in or check out a profile for accurate attendance tracking.

  3. View detailed profile information for comprehensive insights.

  4. Print a badge directly from the User Management page for quick identification.
