When it comes to searching your MLS for pricing data, you have a good idea what you need to search for, but the software needs a specific set of data based on your area in particular. To make sure you get the right data we recommend using the Select the Right Data step in the process.
Select the Right Data Step
To open this step click on the Select the Right Data under the Data Search Area.
Select Area Description
On this page you’ll see buttons that when clicked change the search recommendations at the bottom. This step is meant to help you get the right search and changes to match the profile best.
