For legacy users (pre June 17th, 2026 subscribers) you will need to migrate over to the new system. There are two options to get logged into the new pricing platform.
1) If you have not logged into the new platform yet, follow steps 1-5 below.
2) If you have logged in before using the "Login with Google" option or you forgot your password, skip the steps below and read Option 2 message.
Option 1) First time logging into new platform
Below are instructions to help you create a new log in at our new web platform, Visual Home Values. Pay close attention to steps 3 & 4.
1. Go to our new home page https://www.focus1st.com/visual-home-values
2. Click Log In
3. On the Login Page click the link at the bottom that says "Sign Up"
4. Now you can create your new login. You have to use the email tied to your Focus 1st account and then create a password.
5. Once logged in, read through the messages and accept the terms.
Option 2) Previous beta testers who used "Login with Google" or you "Forgot Password"
With the latest update, the "Login with Google" option has been removed. Don't worry—everything you've previously worked on will still be there and saved in your account.
To access your account, click the "Reset Password" link on the login page. You will receive a password reset email at your Gmail/email address. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder, as some users have reported it landing there.
*Note that many agents are saying they are not receiving the forgot password email. It is almost always in the spam, junk, promotions or trash folder. They should check thoroughly before trying to click the forgot password option again.
Once you reset your password, you'll be able to log in using your Gmail/email address and your new password.
