The MSA area for FHFA Appreciation Graphs quite often includes multiple cities or areas and can at times cause confusion. To help you fix that situation we let you change the title of the graph to anything you want that better reflects your city or area.
Editing the Graph Title
To edit the title, first you will need to have a report open. Then click the pencil at the top left of the area. Which opens the Edit FHFA Appreciation Report Details Window.
In the Edit FHFA Appreciation Report Details Window, Type in the area name you wish to use in the bottom box, then click Save.
The FHFA Appreciation Graph will now have that title you entered at the top.
