The CMACoWorker is a great tool to help you master your presentation of Competitive CMAs as well as gives insight taken from the actual graph and area data. There are two ways to use the CMACoWorker to build this script for the report, and and additional way to read through this script while looking at the reports.
Creating Detailed Scripts Page by Page
To create more detailed presentation scripts, you will need to have an individual graph or page open. This can be any of the report page steps or scattergrams.
With this graph/page open, click the CMACoWorker Button on the top navigation bar.
A box will open with the general script and below it the AI notes to help you understand the graph better.
Once you create one of these detailed scripts it is added to the full report script. (Any pages you don't create this detailed script for the Overall Script will create a more generalized version using the next control.)
Click the Close button at the bottom to close the window.
Creating an Overall Script Based on the Report
When it comes to creating an overall script, clicking the CMACoWorker with the Show Report step open will generate the information for the entire report all at once.
*NOTE: Clicking this option won't open a window, it creates the script in the background.
This script is more generalized than the individually created detailed option, but it as an easy way to create your presentation and works with the detailed option as well. This means that if you created detailed scripts for some graphs the overall option will not change those, but rather create scripts for those pages you did not create one for.
To view these scripts all together you'll use the Present + Notes option.
Present + Notes
This special presentation mode opens your report slideshow with the script at the bottom so you can read through and master the presentation.
With the Show Report step Open click the Present + Notes option to open this feature.
Scroll through the notes on the bottom and click on the arrows to advance the slideshow.
Asking the CMACoWorker Questions
One feature currently in testing is the ability to ask the CMACoWorker questions. This new option lets you have a discussion to better understand the presentation or your next steps.
To open this option, click the CMACoWorker button with an individual page or graph open, then scroll to the bottom. Here you can ask the ai questions about that page in particular.
