You can view your remaining vouchers directly in your Company Dashboard. This information is available at any time and updates automatically as services are used.
Where to Find Your Voucher Balance
Log in to your Company Dashboard.
Navigate to the Occupational Health section.
Select the Service Requests tab.
On the Home page, look at the Service Usage Breakdown located at the top of the page.
Understanding the Service Usage Breakdown
Within the Service Usage Breakdown, you will see:
Your allotted voucher amount
This is the total number of vouchers your company selected for the current billing period.
Resulted labs
This shows how many vouchers have been used so far during that billing period.
Usage percentage
A visual percentage that increases as vouchers are used, helping you easily track how close you are to your monthly limit.
Example:
If your company has selected 52 vouchers per month for LabCorp and 11 labs have resulted, the dashboard will display:
52 total monthly vouchers
11 vouchers used
A percentage showing current usage toward your monthly allotment
This view helps you quickly monitor usage and plan ahead as you approach your voucher limit.
