Unfortunately, if a Recruit goes to a lab location that is not Labcorp or Quest, we will not automatically get the results back into our system. Please note, if they go outside of Labcorp or Quest, your employees could be subjected to additional fees as we do not have partnerships with those locations.
Please email us at Success@Vitablehealth.com, call us at 484-652-2484, or chat in with the Recruits name, DOB, and where they went for the lab. We will then get results back from the location to upload to the system.
