You can use the tool to view details like provider contact information, typical costs, available services, and eligibility for financial aid—all in one place. While we’re not able to schedule appointments or manage financial aid applications on your behalf, the clinics listed can provide the most accurate and up-to-date information.
To utilize our provider look-up tool, follow the steps below:

In the top left corner, update the tool with your current ZIP code to see providers near you.
Use the search bar to look up a provider by name or search by specialty (e.g., gynecology, endocrinology, imaging).
This will give you access to contact information, services offered, typical costs, and any available financial assistance options.
