If you are 65 or older, your eligibility depends on whether you are enrolled in Medicare.

In the U.S., most people qualify for Medicare at age 65. Because Medicare requires all health services to be billed directly through your plan — and Vitable is not contracted with Medicare — we are unable to offer care to members who are enrolled in Medicare.

If you are enrolled in Medicare, Vitable is unfortunately unable to provide care at this time.

If you're not enrolled in Medicare, you're welcome to schedule appointments through the Vitable app as usual. You'll be asked to confirm your Medicare status during the scheduling process.

Interested in enrolling in Medicare? Need some help?

While our team cannot assist with Medicare enrollment, we partner with AskChapter to help guide you through the process. If you're not currently enrolled in Medicare and would like to explore your options, please contact them at vitablehealth@askchapter.com.

If you are already enrolled, AskChapter is also a great resource to help you understand and navigate your benefits. You can learn more on their website: AskChapter.
