Women's Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), often referred to as Menopausal Hormone Therapy (MHT), is a treatment used to relieve the symptoms of menopause or perimenopause by replacing the hormones that the ovaries stop producing, primarily estrogen and progesterone.

Who is a good candidate for HRT?

Women around 40 and up who are experiencing symptoms of menopause or perimenopause, including:

  • Hot flashes and night sweats.

  • Vaginal dryness and atrophy.

  • Mood swings, irritability, and sleep disturbances.

How can members utilize the HRT pilot?

Members can now book an appointment directly through the Vitable app to connect with the appropriate provider. All of our providers are fully equipped to support and treat members with HRT concerns.

Do you offer HRT for men?

At this time, our program is focused exclusively on Women’s Hormone Replacement Therapy. We do not offer testosterone or other male hormone replacement treatments. I would be happy to schedule a visit with a Vitable Health provider to discuss your health concerns and goals, but I want to clarify that this program is specifically for women’s HRT.
