Joining your telemedicine visit is easy through the Vitable App! Here's a quick guide:
Log into the main page of your Vitable Health Application.
Scroll down until you spot "Appointments".
Look for the date and time of your appointment in this section.
Click on the phrase 'click here to join video call'.
You'll be directed to the virtual waiting room. You'll see your face in the bottom right-hand corner, and the provider will appear on the larger, main screen.
Kindly give your provider a few minutes to join the room.
