We partner with Green Imaging to offer discounted imaging services at locations nationwide. Our providers frequently order tests such as mammograms, X-rays, ultrasounds, and MRIs.

If your Vitable Health provider orders an imaging service for you through Green Imaging, a care team member will submit the request on your behalf and notify you. Green Imaging will then contact you directly to discuss pricing and schedule your appointment.

Please bring a valid form of identification, such as a driver’s license, to your appointment.

Once your imaging is completed, the facility will fax your results to Vitable. Our care team will then upload them to your chart, notify your provider, and contact you to schedule a follow-up visit to review your results.
