Deductible

The deductible is the amount you must pay out of your own pocket for covered healthcare services before your insurance starts to pay. For example, if your plan has a $1,500 deductible, you’ll need to pay the first $1,500 in eligible medical expenses before the plan begins covering a portion of your costs.

  • MVP Annual Deductible - $1,500 individual / $3,000 family

Out-of-Pocket Maximum

The out-of-pocket maximum is the most you’ll have to pay in a year for covered services. Once you reach this limit, your insurance covers 100% of eligible medical costs for the rest of the plan year. This includes your deductible, copays, and coinsurance.

  • Out-of-Pocket Maximum - $9,100 individual / $18,200 family
