It covers preventive, basic, and major services—including two exams and cleanings per year, X-rays, fillings, crowns, dentures, and more. Below you’ll find a full overview of the coverage you’ll receive if your employer offers dental benefits through Vitable Health.

If you prefer to see a provider outside the network, you still have options. You can schedule with the dentist of your choice, pay out of pocket, and then submit a claim for reimbursement.
