With your Vitable vision plan, you have access to an open network. This means you can visit any licensed vision provider—you’re not restricted to a specific network.

You're eligible for full reimbursement up to the plan’s benefit limits, such as:

  • Annual eye exam (covered 100% after a $15 copay)

  • Eyeglass lenses and frames (up to $800 every two years)

  • Contact lenses (up to $800 annually in lieu of glasses)

You can choose the provider that works best for you without needing to stay “in-network.” Just be sure to keep receipts and documentation if submitting for reimbursement.

How do I submit a claim?

To submit a claim, you'll need a copy of your itemized receipt. You can follow the steps outlined in the following article to request reimbursement for services covered under your vision plan: How do I submit my reimbursement for my MEC, MEC Plus, or MVP plan?
