To bring the date of your next pack forward, you can do so by following these instructions:
Sign in to the Vitable App
Click on My Pack tab
Go to Next Pack
Click on the orange pencil icon to change the date
Select your preferred next payment date and confirm
If you are not currently using the app, please click on the link here to log in. Once logged in, click on the orange pencil icon to change the date. Select your preferred date and confirm.
